Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

• In-store Pickup: Free, same or next business day

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via trusted couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on location. Customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays & Tracking
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or courier delays. Tracking details will be emailed once available.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and details. We’ll help resolve it quickly.
